RECOL was founded in 2011 by five leading corporations, with the vision to bring Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability & Human Resources together to build the future of organisations through responsible leadership.

We are made up of the RECOL Circle and RECOL Forum. As a team, we’ve defined what is important to us and work together through our organisations to create the business case, set the agenda and drive the development of responsible leadership as the only way to do business.
